Antonio Stoppani geological path

Geological walk that winds near the town of Vezzano, is an itinerary that connects ten glacial wells, also known as “giant pots”.
They are caves of different sizes originating from a slow and continuous erosive action of water and moraine sediments during the last glaciation. The glacial wells are a source of interest and study by the Tridentine Museum of Natural Sciences and the Italian Society of Geology.
